As an innovative and energetic player in the coffee industry, we are now looking for a creative and driven part-time content creator to join our team.

What will you be doing?
As a content creator, you will be the voice of Rum Baba Coffeeroasters on social media and other channels. You know how to create visually appealing, inspiring, and brand-focused content that brings our vision and products to life.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create visual content, motion graphics, visual effects, and written content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

• Develop short online stories, motion graphics, and creative campaigns that tell our brand story and connect our customers with our brand

• Manage and optimize our online presence and engage with our community

• Photograph and video our products, team, and events

• Write blogs, newsletters, and other marketing texts that inform and inspire our customers

• Analyze social media trends and data to measure and improve content effectiveness

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and events

What are we looking for?

• A passion for coffee (preferably specialty coffee) and creativity

• Experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

• Excellent writing skills in Dutch and English

• Experience in photography, videography, motion graphics, and editing visual content

• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics

• Independence and proactivity, but also the ability to collaborate well in a small and dynamic team

• A hands-on mentality and a fresh perspective on how we can communicate our brand values
