Some Kaleidoscope releases are rarer than others, and this is one of them.

We secured a tiny lot of Ombligón from the team at Finca El Diviso, who have quickly risen to fame for producing world-class coffees. Although Ombligón has become one of the most talked-about varieties in specialty coffee, it's still incredibly rare, with only small volumes grown in Huila, Colombia. That makes this one of the most exclusive coffees we've featured in the Kaleidoscope series.

In the cup, expect an explosion of sweet candy and delicate florals, balanced by remarkable clarity and a silky sweetness. It's vibrant, expressive, and packed with character. If you haven't experienced Ombligón yet, this is one that deserves a spot on your brew bar.

The idea behind the series is to take exceptional 'liquid diamond' coffees, roast, blend, experiment, slurp, tweak, recreate, and experiment some more to craft vibrant, expressive cup profiles that shine as both complex espressos and playful, fruit-forward filter coffees.

Keep your coffee fresh

Store your coffee airtight in a clip-sealed bag or metal tin to protect it from air and light. Let your coffee rest for 2 weeks after roasting to degas. Then it reaches its brewing flavor peak up till 8 weeks. If you won’t use it within two months, you can portion and freeze your coffee to maintain freshness.

Orders can be picked up at one of our shop locations in Amsterdam.
