After a summer break, we’re back with fresh dates for our workshops and open cuppings. First up: an open cupping on October 1st at our East/Pretoriusstraat location.
This time, we’ve shifted the day and time to make it easier for more people to join. We’re opening our doors after hours, creating a relaxed evening setting where you can connect with like-minded coffee lovers. It’s free, fun, and open to anyone curious about coffee.
Why cuppings?
Cuppings are at the heart of coffee exploration. They give you the chance to:
-
Taste side by side: Explore a range of coffees in one session and notice the differences between origins, processes, and roasts.
-
Learn together: Whether you’re a pro or just curious, everyone starts with the same spoon in hand. Sharing impressions and experience always brings new perspectives.
-
Connect with community: Cuppings are a great way to bring people together and we love to facilitate that.
What to expect
Our host Victor will introduce cupping for those who are new to the practice. He’ll guide you through the steps, smelling, slurping, and comparing notes, so you can experience coffee in a whole new way.
Together, we’ll sip through our current line-up, highlighting some coffees in particular because they are new, exclusive or have a special story to tell.
