▹What's up with the classification of Light roast, Medium, Classic and Liquid Diamonds? 
We don’t believe coffee should be boxed into just “filter” or “espresso”. It all depends on how you brew and what you enjoy. Instead, we offer four ranges:
▹ Light; Bright and delicate, ideal for daily filter brewing or light roast espressos.
▹ Medium; A more developed roast profile, great for espresso but versatile enough for any kind of brewing.
▹ Classic; Round, full-bodied, and balanced. Roasted to shine in home espresso and fully automatic machines like Jura or DeLonghi, great for milk drinks too.
▹ Liquid Diamond; Our crown jewels. Light, limited, expressive, and carefully selected.

▹ I like Fruity coffees, I go for:
Look for coffees from Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda or Colombia. They're known for vibrant fruit notes and natural sweetness.

▹ I like Chocolate-like, Nutty coffees, I go for:
Brazil and Guatemala are perfect examples for a classic cup of comfort.

▹ I am new here, which coffee should I start with:
Have a look at our Classic range, these are your best friends when you're new to specialty coffee.

▹ I don't like acidity coffee, help me out:
Try grinding a bit finer to boost extraction, increase your yield, use an immersion brew method (like French press or AeroPress). Coffees from South or Central America also tend to offer a smoother, lower-acid cup.

▹ How do I store my coffee?
Most coffee bags have a one-way valve to let gases out without letting air in. For best freshness, store your beans in an airtight container like a fancy Fellow Atmos or Airscape canister, or find a basic metal tin to do the trick. Always keep your coffees in a cool and dark place.

▹ Why should I wait 10 to 12 days for my coffee to be optimal?
Freshly roasted beans need a little time to rest and de-gas. Flavors tend to peak around 2 weeks after roast and stay vibrant for up to 10 weeks. We get it sometimes it’s just too hard not to dive in! That said, our Medium profiles really need 7 days post roast before brewing.

▹ What coffee beans are best for moka pot or cafetière brewing?
We recommend our Medium and Classic profile coffees. These roasts offer a rich, full-bodied flavor that holds up well under the higher pressure of a moka pot or cafetière. Don’t skip Yellow Blend, it’s a moka pot favorite around here.

▹ Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders from €55 and up. Orders to Germany, Belgium, and France from €100 and more qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, so you’ll see right away if you qualify.

▹ When is my order shipped out?
We do our best to ship your order the same weekday it’s placed. If that’s not possible, we guarantee it’ll be on its way within 48 hours.

▹ What are my payment options?
You can pay for your coffee orders with: Ideal, Paypal, Credit card.

▹ Do you sell gift- or punchcards?
Of course, check out our webshop to give the perfect cup of coffee.

▹ Can I return my order?
Coffee tools and non-food products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Because our coffee beans are freshly roasted, they’re not eligible for return. According to Dutch law, food products with a limited shelf life are excluded from the standard right of return. Since our coffees are roasted to order and meant to be enjoyed fresh, they're not eligible for return. If there’s an issue with your delivered coffee, please get in touch, we’re happy to help.

▹ What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Let us know right away if there’s a mistake. If the package hasn’t left our system, we can usually update it. In some cases, we can request a change with the carrier too, we’ll always try.

▹ I missed my package, and now it's returned to your roastery, help?
In case of a returned package, we will have to incur new shipping fees. 

▹ Is there another way to get in touch other than email?

Can I place an order for personal pickup?
Yes, we value personal connection. Please indicate your preferred pick up location when checking out. We'll email you when your order is ready.
