We have partnered with L'abeille, a highly esteemed pastry shop and patisserie training center. They proudly serve our coffee at their charming shop located near the Dappermarkt. One of their cherished traditions during this season is the Panettone, a delightful pastry. Our Guatemala espresso is an integral part of their Panettone recipe. The Panettone is crafted with extended fermentation periods, allowing for a total of 48 hours of rest and patience. This process ensures a light and fluffy texture while enhancing the natural flavors of the premium ingredients used. It's worth noting that these long fermentations are made possible by the absence of artificial additives or preservatives. The sole rising agent is an 8-year-old sourdough, and all the ingredients used are 100% natural.
