Water Temperature: boiling
1. Pour boiled hot water in the bottom compartment filled up until the pressure valve.
2. Fill basket fully with (fresh) ground of medium fine courseness.
3. (Optional) Puckprep: Make the coffee ground bed even spread out over the basket and give it a gentle tap to settle.
4. (Optional) For a cleaner brew and improved extraction add an aeropress paperfilter to the top part filter. (It will easily stick when you pour water over it.)
5. Put the brewer on the stove with medium heat.
6. Keep the lid off and your ears and eyes open. The brew is done before the wild sputtering starts.
Rum Baba’s tip
Try using one of our medium roast espresso. Aim for a lighter roast espresso coffee, light filter works as well. Dilute your brew with hot water to your taste preference, add milk for a home brew caffe latte.
