PLANNING: What to expect

Sign up
Submit your home and tell us a little about your setup, brew method, and what you’d like to serve. Maybe you want to bake your favorite apple pie from your grandma’s recipe, or you have a pet or something else that’s good for guests to know.

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after signing up.

9 November  — Submissions Close
Applications close and we’ll finalize the 25 participating home cafés. Information about pick-up and delivery will follow.

13-20 November — Kit Pick-up & Delivery
Pick up your Homebrewers Kit or have it sent to you. Your kit includes a 250g bag of coffee, a window poster, stickers, and discount cards for our webshop for your guests.

Get your home café ready
Set up your space, put the poster in your window to invite your neighbors, text your friends to let them know you’re opening your doors. 

November 22 — Homebrewers Day
Open your doors and host your very own home café. Brew coffee, welcome your guests, and enjoy the gezelligheid that comes with sharing coffee.

After the event
We’ll capture the day through photos and video, and collect your photos too, so we can share the highlights and bring the Homebrewers Day story to life with the community.
