Grown in Ibiraci, a high-altitude plateau within the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil, this microregion stands out for its unique terroir and strong presence of passionate, family-run farms. While technically part of Alta Mogiana, Ibiraci’s distinct cup profile led us to honor it as a category of its own.

This peaberry lot was carefully selected for its clarity and character, then sun-dried over six days to achieve optimal moisture and flavor development. It's a coffee that represents the future of quality and innovation in Brazilian coffee, and we’re proud to offer it.
