We love coffees from Rwanda for their distinctive charm. Great coffees can bring a palette of fruitiness and freshness reminiscent of hibiscus or red grapes and berrie like flavours.

This particular lot has undergone an experimental approach with a 60hr anaerobic fermentation stage, contributing in complexity and character.
