Laurent - Barista | To me Saudara is the kind of cup that never gets boring. A coffee that keeps you curious. Its versatility and layered complexity mean there’s a little surprise in every sip, from bright fruit to malty sweetness, chocolatey depth and a subtle bourbon-like boozy note.

Zsanett - Barista | As someone who loves baking, this coffee immediately reminded me of blueberry pie. What really stands out is how smooth it is. Compared to other co-fermented coffees, it’s far more balanced, the one I recommend to guests who are sceptical about co-ferments.

Arieh - Barista | Night Owl is my go-to when the day finally slows down. I don’t always have time to brew during the day, so finding a decaf this expressive feels like a real treat to end your day. Due to its crazy processing, it completely defies expectations, nothing like your common decaf. It almost makes you forget caffeine was ever the point.

Bakery and Shop - East
Pick up some fresh beans or gear for your home barista adventures. Orders can be picked up here as well.
Roastery - Moezelhaven
Our roastery is the mothership where we carefully roast and refine each batch to highlight the best flavors in our coffee. Visits are available by appointment only.
